What is included in your Integrated Yogic Therapy Plan:
6 Individual weekly Therapy Sessions via Zoom: Here we will look at your individual needs and concerns, complete a full constitution/body type assessment and tailor the plan for your individual therapeutic needs.
Reading Materials: Three support e-books to deepen your knowledge and understanding on how we can bring ourselves into vibrant harmony and balance with the help of Ayurvedic Science.
Journaling: Clients will be encouraged to journal daily to track progress and insights.
Home Practice: Clients will be provided with various yoga sequences, breathing exercises, and meditation practices to do at home, as well as guided meditation practices together within our Zoom sessions.
Nutrition: Together we will work with the concept that food is designed to nourish the body. We will introduce a diet plan that supports individual health according to your body type (dosha) bringing it into balance and harmony.
Community Building: Clients will be encouraged to participate in yoga classes, meditation groups, or spiritual communities to foster support and connection.
